ORIGIN AND INFLUENCES: I was born in Antalya, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Taurus Mountains and the serene shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Nature and animals have been my most profound teachers, shaping my understanding of wisdom in its various forms. This upbringing in natural beauty informed my life philosophy and inspired me to build flourishing and dynamic systems based on nature’s universal balance and harmony.
 
EDUCATION: I earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Koc University, where I learned how to optimize complex systems and processes. I applied these learnings to my own life, developing models for life optimization that translated theoretical knowledge into practical, applicable wisdom. I took charge of my own life, envisioning it as my personal company with various stakeholders. I crafted my strategy and culture, embodying the vision of my own life’s company. I enhanced this vision with the frameworks and insights from top business leaders and teachers during my Master of Business Administration training at Harvard Business School. I leverage these frameworks and wisdom, especially when empowering my clients to build the business and life of their dreams on their own terms.
 
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES: Building on my education, I applied my transformation and optimization models to various domains and contexts. I led the launch of a first-in-class biologic treatment for an autoimmune disease at Roche, reaching millions of patients worldwide. I managed four digital transformation initiatives at Elsevier, developing products that improved the quality, precision, and accessibility of scientific knowledge. I built a diverse and inclusive team, integrated a business acquisition, and achieved the fastest-growing health technology portfolio within Elsevier. My corporate business transformation initiatives helped me understand the nuances of driving personal and collective change and leading meaningful and sustainable transformations at different scales and cultural contexts.

ART AND CREATIVITY:  Besides my professional journey, I have always been deeply connected to art and creativity. Throughout my life, I have practiced various art forms, such as dance, poetry, and storytelling.  These art forms have helped me develop my expressiveness, creativity, and empathy, some of the essential skills I offer within my coaching and innovation services.

INTEGRATIVE MODALITIES: In the last decade, I have also complemented my STEM and MBA education’s strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with integrative, artistic, and experiential modalities, some of which are rooted in Eastern philosophies like yoga and contemplation. I have completed the following programs and practices:

 As a result of these programs and personal practices, I have added a unique dimension of creativity, imagination, and playfulness to my approach and gained holistic capabilities for harmonious co-creation with my clients. I combine my strategic skills with integrative, intuitive, and experiential modalities to empower and inspire my clients to optimize their potential and bring their ideas to life.
 
MY APPROACH: As a female leader born in Turkey, I’ve lived on three continents and worked in three different industries across various roles. This diverse journey has granted me a deep understanding of cultural nuances and global dynamics. This exposure allows me to approach challenges with an inclusive mindset, fostering the maximum potential for innovation and driving meaningful change.
 
This fusion of diverse perspectives and practices has shaped my holistic approach to transformational leadership and personal growth.
